Why did you choose this course?
Pursuing a International Business & Enterprise course has been one of my childhood dreams. I’ve been exposed to business environment since I was a child simply because my family owns a business. My interest in business has given me a vast opportunity to explore in myriad industries in my home country.

Why the University of South Wales?
As soon as I found out that University of Glamorgan will be expanding and change to University of South Wales, I did not waste any time to apply for my postgraduate course. Reason being, with the collaboration between University of Wales, Newport and University of Glamorgan this will leverage the perceptions of the university’s image.

What’s been the most exciting part of the course so far?
My favourite module has to be Developing the Entrepreneur where I was given the chance to learn human behavior in the business industry. Understanding the behavior of entrepreneurs will enable me to anticipate their movements and make better decisions in venturing into new business or industries.

Leisure activities
I usually use my free time by going to the park with my friends on sunny days. Apart from that, I would also go to the gym to play badminton in the Sports Centre where it is located on the campus which serves great convenience for me as I live nearby the campus.

Tell us about the lecturers
The lecturers are extremely helpful and always give positive feedback. They would give encouragement on how we can improve on our assignments and presentations. There are two lectures which I which I particularly enjoy attending, Dr. Rami and Christine Atkinson. Both lecturers would deliver their respective modules in an interesting way that would intrigue us students.

What do you hope to do after you graduate?
I would rejoin the Malaysian government and impart knowledge and experiences I have obtained throughout my tenure as a student in University of South Wales. I hope by then, I would have sufficient capabilities to contribute my part as a Malaysian to move forward and turn Malaysia into a developed country in the near future.

Any advice to those thinking about studying this course at the University of South Wales?
If you have the passion and drive to choose International Business & Enterprise course, University of South Wales is the right choice because it has provide the students with good support and services that can assist students in all matters.
