There are a number of reasons why I preferred University of South Wales to other UK universities. Firstly, cost was a big factor; the tuition fee for the MBA is one of the most competitive in the UK. Also, the cost of living in South Wales is very reasonable in comparison to other areas of the UK. Secondly, the Faculty of Business and Society has an excellent reputation. Finally, the Trefforest campus is so beautiful and quiet which enabled me to concentrate on my studies.

During my studies I met with so many students from different countries. I also found all my lecturers to be really helpful and the skills I gained during my MBA helped develop my confidence when speaking in public and dealing with foreign people. I have great memories from my time at the University and still keep in touch with my classmates through email and Facebook.

After graduating from my MBA, I returned to Taiwan and got a job as a Project Manager at China Productivity Centre which is one of the biggest consultant companies in Taiwan. I am also a PhD student in Wuhan University in China. Studying at the University made all this possible.
