Diana Grosu, from Romania, studied BA (Hons) Business Management
I always knew I wanted to work in a multinational company and then have my own business. A CEO needs an understanding of all the different departments and how they work together as a whole in order to sustain a business and make it grow.
The Business Management course was perfect as it taught me management, human resources and marketing, supply chain and accounting. In my second year, I was fortunate to gain a one-year internship at the global communications giant Alcatel-Lucent Telecom Ltd. This greatly enhanced my knowledge of the business world and boosted my CV.
I feel confident that I have now the appropriate skills find the right business partners and people to work for my company.
I loved my time as a student here
I took advantage of every opportunity that came my way, from being a student representative to joining the Salsa Society. The University has great facilities, good communication between staff and students and is set in beautiful surroundings. Moreover, student life in Wales is very cheap compared to other areas in the UK and student satisfaction is high.
