Fees and Scholarships

Scholarships

Students from Rwanda are eligible to receive our International Academic Scholarships which are available across all levels of study.

  • International Academic Scholarships of £1,500 for undergraduate students
  • International Academic Scholarships of £2,000 for postgraduate students
  • International Academic Scholarships of £1,500 for MBA students

Entry Requirements

Foundation Entry Requirements

Students with 5 grade Cc at Rwanda National Examinations Council (Advanced General Certificate of Secondary Education) and IELTS 5.0 will be considered for the International Foundation Programme Intensive English. Students with this qualification and IELTS 6.0 can be considered for the International Foundation Programme or faculty foundation year.

Undergraduate Entry Requirements

English language
For applicants who follow UK A-levels, an English grade C in GCSE is acceptable
For other students the usual IELTS (or equivalent) requirements will apply

Applicants who have followed the A-Level curriculum can apply for undergradaute entry – the normal UCAS tariff will be applied
Applicants who have followed the IB Diploma curriculum can apply for undergradaute entry – the normal UCAS tariff will be applied
Students with an International Baccalaureate Diploma with grades of 24-27 can be considered for direct admission to Bachelor degree programmes

Postgraduate Entry Requirements

Postgraduate entry for those who have one of the following qualifications:
 Equivalent to a UK lower second class degree
 Master degrees
