Popular courses amongst students from Mauritius are our undergradaute and postgraduate courses in business, management and accounting, IT and computing and engineering, particularly Aeronautical Engineering and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.

Scholarships

Students from Mauritius are eligible to receive our International Academic Scholarships which are available across all levels of study.

  • International Academic Scholarships of £1,500 for undergraduate students
  • International Academic Scholarships of £2,000 for postgraduate students
  • International Academic Scholarships of £1,500 for MBA students

Entry Requirements

Undergraduate Entry Requirements

English Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for undergraduate study. If applicants first language is not English we would expect the applicant to have one of the following English language qualifications:

GCSE/O-Level English grade C or above
IELTS 6.5 or above (with a minimum 5.5 in each band)

Don’t worry if you do not meet these requirements as we offer a range of English Language Courses to prepare you for academic studies.

Academic Qualifications

Applicants who have followed the A-Level curriculum can apply for undergradaute entry – the normal UCAS tariff will be applied
Applicants who have followed the IB Diploma curriculum can apply for undergradaute entry – the normal UCAS tariff will be applied
Applicants who have completed a 2 year diploma programme equivalent to a HNC/HND and these will be considered for 2nd/3rd year entry for the relevant degree programme
