Scholarships

  • Chancellor’s International Development Scholarship of £2,500 for undergraduate students
  • International Academic Scholarships of £2,000 for postgraduate students
  • International Academic Scholarships of £1,500 for MBA students

Entry Requirements

Undergraduate Entry Requirements

English Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for Undergraduate study. The University of South Wales recognises the following English language qualifications:
HSC (12th standard) English at 65% or above
GCSE English at grade C
IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each band)

Academic Qualifications
•An overall average of at least 65% in 12th Standard from both State and Central Examination Boards
•Students with lower grades will be required to take a Foundation Course before proceeding to an undergraduate degree
•Advanced entry to certain undergraduate degree programmes may be possible for students who hold a UK HND or India Diploma in a relevant subject

Postgraduate Entry Requirements

English Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for Postgraduate study. The University of South Wales recognises the following English language qualifications:
HSC (12th standard) English at 65% or above
IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum 5.5 in each band)

Academic Qualifications
•A 3 year degree with an average of at least 60%
•A 4 year degree with an overall average of at least 55%
•Please note that work experience is not an essential requirement of our MBA.
