Number of Students

  • Total student population: 33,584
  • EU student population: 1,030
  • There are currently 25 Czech students studying at the University of South Wales.

Students appreciate the friendly, safe and welcoming environment of the university. Our three campuses are based in and around the city of Cardiff where students can enjoy the best of both worlds – city life and impressive countryside.

Wales offers a relatively low cost of living with good job opportunities. These are just some of the reasons why the city of Cardiff has been voted as one of the best cities in the UK for young people. EU students also benefit from the Welsh Tuition Fee Grant and are able to take out a student loan to help fund their studies.

South Wales is home to a growing Czech community many specialty shops selling Czech foodstuffs and a Czech consulate in Cardiff.

We hope you find the information useful. Please contact us if you have any questions or queries!
